What documents do I need?

Every passenger without exception (children included) must have their personal and family documents in order. Be it their passport, driver's license or any form of identification according to the laws of the country or countries being visited. 

If the trip requires it, it is solely the passenger's responsibility to acquire proper visas, passports or vaccine certifications.

In case a visa is rejected by any issuing authority due to any particularity of the passenger; or may entrance be denied due to not meeting entry prerequisites, faulty documentation, not being the bearer of the documentation presented; the organizing party declines all responsibility in this matter, being the traveler accountable of any expense incurred and applying in this circumstance the terms and conditions established on the assumption of voluntarily waving the right of service.

We would like to remind all passengers, particularly those whose country of origin is not Spain that they must make sure to meet any and all requirements applicable in terms of visas so that they can enter each and every country being visited. Those travelers under the age of 18 must have a signed permit by their parents or legal guardians in case it may be required by any legal authority.


¿Qué tengo que llevar para poder abrir mi cuenta a bordo?

Todos los pasajeros tienen la obligación de abrir una cuenta a bordo. Necesitarás llevar al crucero una tarjeta de crédito (no se aceptan tarjetas de débito) o en su defecto un depósito en efectivo de 200€/$ por pasajero, en concepto de depósito por la cabina. 

De este depósito o de tu tarjeta de crédito se descontará cualquier compra o servicio extra dentro del crucero.

What is included in the price of your cruise?

The price of your cruise includes all meals, in addition to water service in bars and restaurants, and service of juices, coffee, and tea in the main restaurants.

You can also enjoy these activities day and night on board:

- Spectacular shows.

- Access to all bars and lounges.

- Live Music.

- Fitness center and jogging track outdoor.

- All pools, Jacuzzis and solárium.

- Library.

- Disco.

- Entertainment in the pool area.

- Facilities, clubs, and entertainment for children and youth.

- Selection of aboard movies and television.

The All Inclusive package.


Are transfers included?

Yes, as long as the itinerary includes air travel, you will find Pullmantur personnel that will point the access to the buses that will transport you to the port where your cruise will be awaiting.

If on the other hand the itinerary does not include air travel, it will be the passenger's responsibility to obtain his own transfers.

There is also the possibility of acquiring private transfer services for an additional fee.

Can I acquire my Pullmantur Travel Insurance?

We recommend acquiring insurance for only $30USD that will cover all main on board risks.

In addition, if you wish to acquire cancellation insurance, Pullmantur offers you one that will cover all cancellation fees should you have to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances for only $50USD.

Is there Senior Citizen discounts, starting at what age?

At Pullmantur, we are all young enough to enjoy a unique experience on board a Pullmantur cruise.

If you are 55 years or older you may enjoy our senior citizen discounts.  Check out the terms and conditions with your travel agent, there is limited availability depending on the season. It is mandatory to present a copy of your passport or identification that certifies your senior citizen status.


How can I obtain the Grand Class Service?

By booking one of our Suite categories on our cruise, you will have details and amenities on the dock, on board and some exclusive advantages.

· Zenith y Horizon: Categories ST and SR

· Sovereign: Categories RS, ST and GT


Can I travel while expecting?

Due to the fact that our cruise is not equipped to assist on pregnancies or deliveries, no reservations will be taken for passengers who are within their 24th week of pregnancy or more, by the end of their trip.


What ages are considered infants and children?

Babies: from 0 to 2 years old. Children: from 2 to 11 years old.


Is there a minimum traveling age?

Infants who are under 6 months of age by the time of the trip are not allowed to travel.


Can I travel with Pullmantur if I have any type of disability?

Yes, some of our rooms and areas are specially designed for people with disabilities.


Can I hold my vow renewal or wedding on board?

Yes, everything is possible at Pullmantur. We are prepared to offer you all kinds' of possibilities that adapt to your needs. Make sure to let us know at the time you make your reservations and everything will be ready upon your arrival. These types of celebrations have an additional cost.

If you marry on board of one of Pullmantur´s cruises you will get: Marriage Ceremony performed by the Captain, Marriage Certificate (no legal validity), beauty treatment and Spa, hairdresser and make up for the bride, a relaxing massage for both, cleaning and pressing of the suits, bride´s bouquet, cocktails and snacks, personalized wedding cake and photo album of the ceremony.

The next day: continental breakfast in bed with a surprise gift, bottle from the cellar and candy. All celebrations of this kind are available for an additional fee.


Should I bring a towel?

It is not necessary; Pullmantur will have bathroom and pool towels available in your cabin upon your arrival.



What is the language spoken on the ship?

Spanish is the main language spoken on our Pullmantur cruise ships, although our crew speaks other languages such as English, French and Portuguese.


Can I be reached while on the cruise?

Yes, through network you will find the phone numbers for all of our cruises.


Prohibited items on board

Any heat or flame generating item is prohibited on board such as clothes irons, electric ovens, candles, incense or any other type of item that may cause a fire.

Curling irons and hair dryers are permitted.

No handguns, explosives or any other object that may represent harm to the facilities or others are permitted. Such objects will be confiscated by the cruises security personnel and the proper measures will be taken.

The possession of scuba knives must be declared upon boarding the cruise. These objects are allowed on board but will remain in the custody of the cruises security personnel when the ship is not ashore.
