Is there a special menu for people with special diets such as celiac, diabetic, salt-free food, kosher food…?

Yes, they only have to specify it when they make the reservations. They will be informed upon their arrival on the ship.

* If you request kosher food, it should be noted that the petition should be 6 weeks in advance to the cruise departure, because we have not these products on board and must be applied in advance.

Can I choose a table in the restaurant?

Tables are assigned depending on the occupation of the ship. You can choose between two rounds for dinner, divided into first round at 19:30 and the second round at 21:45

*Horizon Ship has got the following rounds for dinner: first round at 19:00 and the second round at 21:15

 

Is there room service available in the cabin?

The meals service in your cabin is available 24 hours a day with excellent prices. You can choose from a wide variety of salads, sandwiches, and desserts or whatever you want for a price indicated in the room service menu.

 

Can we have breakfast in the cabin?

In your cabin you will find a form about the breakfast you want to take the next day, you only have to specify the kind of breakfast and the time you want it to be served.

 

What meals and beverages are included in the cruise?

In the cruise price are included breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in the main restaurants, grills and buffet; all of them are accompanied by water, coffee and tea.

Every Grupo Pullmantur cruise is All Inclusive. But, what does "All Inclusive" mean? It means that all our passengers can enjoy every lunch, dinner and drinks on board without any additional charge.

On-board beverages and drinks are now our stars, and to offer All Inclusive on our cruises we have made a careful selection of brands to fulfill our passenger's expectations.

At Pullmantur cruises we strive to offer our customers the most suitable option for each of them. Therefore, we have introduced new packs complementary to our All-Inclusive offer.

 

This way we give them the opportunity to choose among these varied packs:

 

A) Beverage packs:

Refresh Packs and Total Pack We offer you two different drink packs to choose from according to your taste.

 

With your Refresh Pack you will enjoy for only 6€/8$.

With your Total Pack for only 14€/17$ you can choose any of the brands and drinks offered in our menu.

Where can I acquire the packages?

You can acquire your packages from the moment the reservation is made until 4 days prior to embarking with a special discount, which should be for all nights on the cruise, or directly on board without the discount until the third night of your cruise, also for all the remaining nights; however, everything you have consumed and paid prior to acquire it can't be refunded. In mini-cruises (3-4 days) you can acquire it up to the first night, option is not available in cruises of 1-2 days.

 

Is there a beverage consumption policy on board?

If you have chosen to purchase one of our beverages all-inclusive services, let us inform you that those are personal and not transferable. Beverages may be not shared with other passengers. The person holding the package may not order more than one drink at the same time, or during reasonable time for consuming.

 

When I can acquire the packages?

You can acquire your packages from the moment the reservation is made until 4 days prior to embarking with a special discount, which should be for all nights on the cruise, or directly on board without the discount until the third night of your cruise, also for all the remaining nights; however, everything you have consumed and paid prior to acquire it can't be refunded. In mini-cruises (3-4 days) you can acquire it up to the first night, option is not available in cruises of 1-2 days.

 

Can I acquire the packages for some nights?

It is not mandatory to take any of the options from beverage packages; however, if you decide to acquire it, it should be for the duration of the cruise or if you do it on board for the remaining days of the itinerary, what you've consumed and paid prior to acquire the All Inclusive will not be refunded.

 

Who needs to acquire the All Inclusive?

It is not obligatory to acquire any of All Inclusive options; however, if you decide to acquire it, it has to be done for all the passengers of the same cabin.

 

Can I cancel my packages?

Once you have acquired one of the packages you can cancel it up to 4 days before embarking without any penalty, exceeded this time no cancellations will be possible.

Can I bring drinks on board on embarkation day?

Each passenger may board with a maximum of 2 bottles of wine or champagne up to750 ml each. Embarking with any other kind of drink or liquor is not allowed.

 

Is there a fee for corkage?

If a passenger wants to drink from a bottle of wine or champagne, which was brought at embarkation, in of the ship's public spaces such as restaurants and / or bars, a corkage fee of 9€ must be paid.

 

Can I buy alcoholic beverages in ports or duty-free shops?

Any alcoholic beverage purchased in ports or duty-free shops will be guarded by the crew and returned on the last day of the cruise.

 

Is there a minibar in the cabins?

The minibar service is only available in the SUITE cabins for passengers who have contracted an All Inclusive option.
